Over the last couple weeks I have released some new items and I plan to release more soon!
I'm a one woman shop with two small children. Time isn't in abundance as most of you know. The majority of my work is done while my youngest is napping during the day and while both of them are asleep at night.

Swagbucks is a legit site that is completely free for you to use. Instead of using Google.com to search for things use Swagbucks.com. Make sure you're signed in for your chance at Swagbucks.
You can use your Swagbucks to get things like Amazon gift cards, Itunes gift cards, and many more.
You can do surveys when they have them and complete offers (some are free and others aren't). You can also get codes that give you Swagbucks.
If you use coupons, you can print coupons from Swagbucks and use them at your local grocery store, every coupon you redeem you get 10 Swagbucks. So you're not only saving money when shopping but you're earning yourself more money! How great is that?!

busy busy
I have been working on some new items. Some have been released while others haven't been. I'm hoping to release TWO new items by this weekend. Keep an eye out for them!

Price changes
Just wanted to let all of my fabulous fans know I'm currently working on adjusting the prices on ALL items.
I want to make it more fair for you. Shipping will no longer be included in the price.
Instead shipping will be separate and based on a PER ORDER basis rather than a per item basis.
This will help keep the cost down for you!
I will still ship orders the least expensive way possible unless otherwise requested. Since you're paying for the shipping you may decide how its shipped if you wish for it to be shipped differently. Just let me know BEFORE I invoice you, so that I may charge the correct shipping price.

New ribbon!
I received the order of ribbon I placed last week. There are SEVERAL new colors available.
Would you like to order a headband? How would you like to have $0.50 per headband you order? Well, you've got it!
That's right, each headband from today (Thursday) to Sunday at 12pm PST will be $0.50 off.

New, new, new!
That's right! I'm working on new items. I'm hoping to get a couple new items released before the end of the month. I would like to do get at least 3 new items up, but only time will tell if that'll happen.
I'm trying to expand and get some more adult/household friendly items up.
Is there something that you'd like to see? Let me know! I'm always up for a challenge.
If you haven't seen in the last week I've posted pictures of a couple coffee cozies I've made. That's one new item I released recently.
I also released woven headbands! Can't wait to get my ribbon order, that should be here by the middle of the week I hope!
The other is wooden plaques. There are SO many things that can be done with those! I've not finished them but I have some ideas!
Anyway, keep an eye out for new items and if you have an idea of something you'd like to see, let me know!

Etsy wins!
That's right, I went ahead and opened an Etsy account.
Currently it is pretty blank as I don't have any items listed. I want to get some that are ready for purchase and I want to get some decent pictures taken first.
I'll then list things as they're ready. Don't hesitate to ask me about the products I make. If you don't see it, that doesn't mean I don't make it or can't make it.
I have several ideas for new products to offer, however, I just haven't had the time to work on them. I'm doing my best to get to that point though.
Also, I'm open for suggestions on things to make. So if there is something you'd like to see, please let me know!

I'm looking at possibly starting to put my items up on Etsy and Ebay. I've been researching the fees associated with selling on both and it seems as though Etsy is probably less expensive and is black & white. Where as Ebay has some "grey" areas as there are so many stipulations on what the fees are and how they're calculated.
I know I don't have all the information on both places, but the biggest concern of mine are the fees, which I believe I have answered.
I'll do a little more research to see what I can come across, but I'm thinking that in the next week or so you'll be seeing that I have an Etsy store!

busy bee
I've been pretty busy the last couple of weeks. I've made a couple blankets, a taggy take-a-long, cloth wipes and a handful of tutus.
I have a couple of things I want to introduce in the next 2-3 weeks. I'm pretty excited about them and hope that you guys will be too!
Some of the items are for children and some for adults. I'm trying to expand the products that I have so that there is something for everyone!

Welcome
Hello and welcome!
I'm not the best writer by any means but I thought maybe that some of my fans might like to keep up with some of the things I do day to day. I also would like to look back and see where I started compared to where I'm at at the time. I figured this was the best way.
I'm a stay at home mom to a 3 year old little girl and an almost 1 year old little boy. I work watching one child in my home. I started Honie's Little Shop to not only provide reasonably priced products but to hopefully be able to stop watching other people's children so that I could enjoy random trips to places with my own.
I want to be able to go to the library whenever I want. Take them to picnics and other festivities around town. Unfortunately, at this time its really restricted. I'm hoping for that to change!
I got into sewing a few years ago. I was basically just looking to make some things for my daughter. I got the basic Singer Simple as a birthday gift from my fiance', his parents and his sister and her husband. It worked up until a few months ago. I then upgraded to a Brother CP6500. While my Singer worked, I LOVE my Brother. Its the best machine I've ever used (yes, I've only used the two, but I'm still being honest. haha)
I make basic things at the moment but am eager to learn. I have a few things I'm going to attempt to try this weekend if I get the time. If not there is always during the week when my little boy is sleeping as his birthday party is next weekend!
